Bob started his real estate career in the sales, rental, development of apartments and condominiums in the suburbsof Chicago before moving to San Antonio in 1981. Moving to Corpus Christi with his wife in 2002, he continued work in real estate and for the past 3 years Bob has served as Director of Development and a limited partner with Ocean House Corpus Christi, Ltd. This group is developing a 54 acre luxury, $200,000,000 hotel resort on Nueces Bay in Corpus Christi.

Armando Martinez, Coastal Bend CDI Ventures, Ltd.

Armando is President of Architectural Design Associates, Inc., San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Martinez, a University of Texas Graduate (1974), has completed over $500,000,000 in projects and is founder of ADA, Inc.
